Work Flow
1.Remove the unnecessary columns.

2.Find and remove duplicate rows (records) or any rows that are completely blank.
-Remove duplicate by going to Data Tab, Remove Duplicate

3.Remove unnecessary column and row
-remove column ‘Sub Type’ which is unnecessary

4.Find blanks:
- Filter by using Sort & Filter, then filter for blanks.

- fill blanks in 'Address' column with 'setia alam'

- replace blanks in 'Land Area' column with null

- replace correct information from wrong column (copy building type in blank column to fill in blank column in 'Building Type')

- replace missing psf data in psf column

- Use the Sort & Filter tool to make sure the dataset is cleaned properly.
